We absolutely love this new
hollywood-regency-styled console from Davenport. Hand-made in the USA, it features a lovely trellis pattern and mirrored glass doors. Shown here in white, it is also available in custom finish (black would be really pretty too).
The dimensions are 84"L x 19" D x 36" H. The price is $3500. Lead time is roughly 8 weeks...

We found this bed at the Las Vegas market last week and we just loved it! It has the right mixture of wood and fabric. The classic style will never go out of style.
The bed can be customized with different fabric and nailheads. Pricing is not so bad, about $2200 for a king. The lead time is about 4-6 weeks.
We'll be posting this item in our
upholstered beds section today so check it out!

We saw these chandeliers from DK Living and OMG, they're gorgeous!
Can you see them in a really cool, glamorous decor? Something a little dark and sexy perhaps?
The chandeliers are surprisingly not that expensive. They range between $1000-1500 . We will be posting them up in our
chandelier section within a day or so...

Spring is in the air, can you smell it? After weeks and weeks of rain we finally got a sunny day in Sausalito. Who knew the sun could feel so darn good...
We just got an email from our silk flowers vendor today and we have to show you their new stuff. It's gorgeous and it's a great way to bring spring inside your home all the time.
Don't forget, silk flowers are kinda like perfume. You CAN NOT get the cheap stuff! It has to be upscale or you better off not having nothing at all.

We just came accross this
modern kitchen island the other day and we just love it. It's so versatile. You can use it as an island or a kitchen counter or a dining counter or extra shelving unit. Plus it goes so well with the new modern, white marble kitchen that is all the rage right now.

We've been working on a small project with a very small budget. Mind you, we're really not the decorate-on-a dime kinda people. Those decorating shows that teach you how to make a volleyball net out of the plastic canholders? Or ottoman out of empty Coke bottles? No thanks. However, there are ways to make your house look nice on a budget, and having a colorful, pretty headboard for your bed is one of them. It's really pretty when you choose a striking fabric that's colorful and fun. The headboards cost about $500-600 to make, and usually you can have a good local, upholsterer make it for you.
If you are looking for headboard models, here are some good ones from
Edward Ferrell. You can go to the site and download a tearsheet (you can order from them too, but it's kinda expensive).
Bring this to your favorite upholsterer along with your favorite fabric and voila...

There's this bar called the
Library Bar in downtown Los Angeles that we go to once in a while. Its walls are lined with these antique books that we thought are pretty cool.
If you ever wanted that lived-in, antiqued look, there's this line of antique library books you might want to check out. They retail for about $10-15 each or something like that...

We saw this adorable pillow line at the New York Gift Show and we thought you might want to check them out. The pillows are made of cotton/linen fabrics and are either embroidered or silk-screen printed. They're so pretty and fun....
