Mona Ross Berman

I think it was fate that I accidentally received two issues of the new House Beautiful this month. One to keep and one to plaster my drool all over, thanks to this exuberant ocean-side home designed by Mona Ross Berman and photographed by Jonny Valiant. I can safely say this is my newest dream home, so fresh and vibrant, filled with white and juicy pops of color and pattern. I. Love. It. All. It's just so bright and sunny, so HAPPY. I love happy. I can imagine turning up the stereo and listening to a little "Sound of Sunshine" here. In fact, go play the song in another window and come back for another look at the photos. Your weekend has just started my friends! Enjoy it! :)

Trip Haenisch

What a view! Like all great beach homes, this spectacular one designed by Trip Haenisch takes its cues from the surrounding sand, surf, sky and sunlight. I love the crisp white walls and neutral furnishings...the perfect stage for our favorite colors! The home is refined yet relaxed and fun, just the kind of style I love the most. I imagine a ton of fun goes down in this home! The kitchen has to be my favorite space though...big giant yellow pepper and all! There is no question that I am currently obsessed with this combination! Aside from being out on the water on a perfectly sunny day, there's nothing quite like filling a room with the cheerful combo of turquoise, yellow and blue. How could you not be in a perpetual good mood?! In fact I think I'm going to have to invest in some more yellow pieces for my wardrobe...spread the good cheer wherever I go! :)

Palmer Weiss

If there is one showhouse I wish I could have toured, it would be Elle Decor's. As you already know, I was head over heels for the guestroom in the home, but the kitchen and sunny breakfast nook designed by Palmer Weiss are incredibly breathtaking as well. The curtain fabric (Quadrille Palampore Stripe in Multi Blues on Cream) is just so so pretty, and looks amazing with those yellow chairs. The Ann Sacks backsplash is downright droolworthy too!
