I feel like we never see enough of
Schumacher's Chiang Mai Dragon in China Blue. Here is it, downright breathtaking in this
gorgeous powder room belonging to Carrie and Chris of the blog
Hazardous Design. They are in the process of renovating their 1886 New England home on Hazard Ave one room at a time. Since they moved in one year ago, they have tackled some big projects and have been detailing them all on their
blog. It's super inspiring! You have to see this
post for the before pics on this bathroom. You'll see just how far the space has come and love it THAT much more!

There are loads of fresh ideas in this colorful sunroom from
BHG! The pretty aqua blue vaulted ceiling is the obvious darling here...I would stare off at it all day if it were in my home. I've never been a fan of wicker furniture, but it's perfect here. I especially love the rockers! The cushioned
bench in the back with all that great storage, the layered orange rugs on that cute checkered floor, and the cheery roller shades (I just love those!)...it all looks so effortlessly stylish!

I wonder how many homes out there were inspired by the movie
Something's Gotta Give. I mean, who doesn't love that kitchen?! Well the owner of this beautiful beach home in Grayton Beach, Florida photographed by
Colleen Duffley said the movie definitely inspired their new home, the kitchen and its adjoining great room in particular. I am really digging their interpretation. As much as I love white painted trim, it's refreshing to see some wood! Tour the rest of the home (including a super fun bunk room) over at
Traditional Home. Oh, and get this...the cottage is available for rental when the owners aren’t enjoying it themselves! See more images and get info
here!

I just love me a quaint and cozy cottage. This two-room cabin in Nantucket photographed by
Michael Partenio is surely one of the cutest I've ever come across. Designed by
Kathleen Hay, the renovated space features pickled white oak floors and white horizontal paneling on the walls. I know I'm hearing three cheers for the pale seaglass-blue ceiling and the turquoise sand-blasted glass countertop though! What a dream! You guys have to head to
New England Home because Kathleen actually designed the main home on property too and it's just as lovely as this!

A feast for the eyes!! Thanks to
COCOCOZY, I was reminded of designer Lauren Muse of
Muse Interiors out of Greenwich, CT. Many of you may already know that she was the design talent behind
The Zhush's home, which was recently featured in
Connecticut Cottages and Gardens. (Several of the above photos are from that spread, photographed so beautifully by
John Bessler.) I am officially
obsessed here. I wish I could have posted every single photo from Lauren's portfolio, they are all this incredible. The perfect amount of pattern, color, texture...all expertly woven together to make some of the freshest, most serene spaces I've come across. And to top it off, I hear she's as sweet as she is talented! Head on over to her
portfolio for lots more where this came from!
Don't forget, today is the last day to enter the
La Posh Style giveaway! I'll be announcing the lucky winner tomorrow!

I loved this post on
Down and Out Chic dedicated to striking purple and blue interiors. Among the collection was this way cool guesthouse located in Provins, France. The rooms in La maison de Stella Cadente were actually designed by fashion designer Stella Cadente. Each room has its own unique personality, but my favorite is the jewel-toned "non-smoking" room above. She also designed the Salon Beaujon in the Sofitel Paris Arc de Triomphe. The turquoise ceilings are tres fabuleux!

When I saw a tasty post filled with bold pattern and vibrant color on
Gorgeous Shiny Things, I wasn't at all surprised to learn they were designed by Ellen Hamilton of
Hamilton Design Associates. (She was, after all, the mastermind behind
this marvelous bedroom.) Her portfolio is full of bold, colorful design, but also these dreamy seaside escapes too. That kitchen!!!
Oh my word. Excuse me while I stare off into these images....it's snowing here....again. Ugh!!!

Primo!!! My heart beats a bit faster when I look at this to-die-for room by one of my favorite designers
Suzanne Kasler and featured in the January issue of
Veranda. This master bedroom in a Greenwich, Connecticut home photographed by
Thibault Jeanson is elegant and tranquil, filled with the perfect amount of gorgeous color, textures and patterns. The
Nancy Corzine bench covered in
Cowtan & Tout fabric is fab-u-lous!

I'm back!!! What a fantastic vacation I had! I can't wait to get my pictures on to my computer (all 1,300 of them!) and share a few favorites with you guys. I saw loads of turquoise gems I know you're gonna love. I just want to send another thank you to all of my talented guest bloggers...I loved all of your posts!
Since I'm feeling pretty exhausted (the NYC part of our trip should have been first on our itinerary!) but mostly since I wish I was still at the beach, I felt these rooms designed by
Craig Kettles were perfectly fitting for the day. I'm loving the painted floor and cozy nooks in the bunk room. Wouldn't the painted ceiling in the bedroom would be a delight to gaze up at?! Both rooms so simple, but absolutely lovely in every way! For more spaces as equally as beautiful, head on over to
C Designs!

This Noroton Harbor home in Connecticut featured in the fall issue of

Nancé J. Vigneau and photographed by
Laura Moss. The bedroom is so cozy and serene...I want to snuggle up in that bed and stare off at the pretty blue ceiling! The dining room is beautiful too, love those star light fixtures! To see more of this waterfront home, head over
