Naked Windows

I would love it if I could have no curtains on my windows. In the real world we need our privacy, but if you have a window that has total privacy, a lot of light is a great way to make a room feel bigger. Now if you can get past the fact that nobodys out there !!

Pretty Aqua Bathroom

There's not much more that I love than a pretty spa-like aqua and white bathroom. This particular one was designed by Heidi Pribell and styled by Kelly McGuill. I'm sitting here battling a nasty virus, so I'd give anything for a nice hot soak in that tub right about now!

Sea Blue

I found these images from a neat post Simply Seleta did last year on Sea Blue. I just never seem to get tired of looking at soft, feminine bedrooms, and these two from Country Living UK certainly don't disappoint. I still haven't bought my white canopy bed yet, but when I do, I hope I can achieve a look like in the 2nd image! Cozy and romantic is the best!

Room For Color

One of my favorite things about the fall is Apartment Therapy's annual Room For Color contest. I was so excited when I heard the lovely Kelly of Color Sizzle and Porter House Designs had her home office selected to be in the contest. Don't you all love the lilac, aqua and brown color scheme she uses?? I never think of the ceiling as a blank canvas, but I absolutely adore the look of it painted aqua here. Home Ofiice

Although these home offices are decorated in different styles, they all are stylish and efficient. I do wonder about how they hide all the endless cords, my home desk is 2 file cabinets with a stained closet door as the top. It hides ALL the cords :)
